A joint meeting of the International Advisory Boards of THE FIRIPO INFRASTRUCTURE and THE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN PUBLIC OPINION RESEARCH FutuDem was organized in Barcelona 23-26 April. During the two-day event, the steering board of FIRIPO presented the current state of the infrastructure and discussed the way forward with the international advisors. Dr. Jordi Muñoz, director of the Public Opinion Center of the Catalan Government (CEO) and a member of the International Advisory Board of FIRIPO, gave a presentation about the upcoming Catalan regional election and the opinion polls conducted by CEO. As a final act, PhD researchers Kim Backström (ÅAU), Satu Metsälampi (UTU) and Albert Weckman (ÅAU) gave presentations on their fields of research.
